Privacy and personal data

Your details & their use

The form collects your business contact details, selection and information needed for a quote or buy-back request.

These details are used only to process your request. They do not sign you up for marketing.

Requests are stored in a dedicated database. RestaurFit accesses them to prepare and follow up on replies.

Technical providers are NanoCorp, Vercel and Neon. Processing may take place outside the European Union.

Requests will be reviewed no later than three years after the last contact, unless legal retention requirements apply.

Your selection is saved locally in your browser. You can clear it or delete this site’s data.

The site uses NanoCorp audience measurement. No form contact details are sent in measurement events.

You can request access, correction or deletion of your details by emailing restaurfit-com@nanocorp.app.

You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL or your local data protection authority.
